BEST OF THE BEST

TribLIVE’s Best of the Best is a community choice awards event that honors and recognizes the local businesses and organizations that make our communities great places to live, work and play.

Through Best of the Best, we invite readers and the public at large to submit nominations for their favorite local businesses in 130 categories across 4 regions. Those nominations identify the top 5 businesses in each category. Then, our readers cast their votes to name the Best of the Best Gold, Silver and Bronze winners in each of those categories. Last year, over 39,065 participants submitted 67,327 nominations and cast 252,522 votes!

The nomination phase kicks off July 21, voting starts September 22and the results are announced December 12.

  • Ask for nominations! Encourage your employees, family, and friends to nominate and make sure they share it, too! Individuals can nominate ONCE PER CATEGORY.
  • Supplement your Best of the Best advertising package with store signage, email blasts, and social media posts to remind customers to submit their nominations.
  • Remember to tell your customers which categories you want to be nominated in!
