Changes to Trib Total Media Weekly Community Newspapers

Changes are coming to Trib Total Media’s family of weekly community newspapers. Effective September 30, several weekly newspapers will be converting to monthly publications and additional titles will also be added.

“In order to meet the changing needs of our readers and advertisers, we took a look at our weekly newspapers and decided it was time for some revisions to our current structure,” said Al DiCroce, Trib Total Media Director of Sales.

Trib Total Media is converting the South Hills Record weekly newspaper into South Hills Monthly. Bethel Park Journal will now be Bethel Park Monthly and The Signal Item is changing to Char Valley Monthly. Trib Total Media is also introducing a Shaler Monthly publication and North Hills Monthly.

“These publications will feature all of the information for community residents to stay informed,” said Katie Green, Trib Total Media Neighborhood News Network Editor, “including school board meetings, municipal meetings, real estate transactions, local community events, neighbor and business spotlights, student news, features, briefs and more.”

The monthly publications will be delivered free of charge to households within their respective coverage areas on the following schedule:
