Trib Total Media is excited to announce that we have partnered with Column , a Public Benefit Cooperation, for a new, easier, more convenient way to place public notices with our newspapers.
Together, Trib Total Media and Column will provide:
- Self-placement portal
- 24/7 access to notices
- Upfront pricing
- Digital archive of notices and affidavits
Starting March 21, 2022, we will be entering a transition period during which we and the Column team are available to work closely with advertisers to place public notices.
What to expect?
- Submitting Notices — Instead of emailing us, notices can be submitted directly through the Column portal. Our ad deadlines will remain the same.
- Affidavits — We will upload affidavits into Column, and advertisers will have access to them in perpetuity.
- Customer Service and Support— We will continue to provide excellent customer service, with extra support from Column’s customer service team! Your Trib Total Media account representative will continue to be available, however if assistance is required within the Column platform, they can be reached at help@column.us.
Ready to get started?
Register for Column at https://www.column.us/register and get to know the platform. If more than one colleague needs access to Column, one person can register the organization and invite others into the system.
Once registered, start placing notices! Watch this short video to learn how to place a notice: How To Place a Notice in Column
After you’ve registered, bookmark VND.column.us/place. This will allow a quick shortcut to be able to place notices in the future.
