Trib Total Media recently partnered with the national media research firm Borrell Associates, Inc. on a study to assess how local advertisers have approached marketing this year and what they expect next year.
Borrell’s 2020 Local Advertiser survey is the largest of its kind in the country. The survey asks local marketers to complete 40 questions, providing unique insights into current and future marketing plans. These questions address issues such as spending on and effectiveness of internal, external, and digital marketing services, social media, and more.
“The results of this survey will help us to better understand and serve our marketing partners,” said Matt Miller, Trib Total Media Chief Revenue Officer. “It will help give us a clearer picture of their businesses, how they budget, and where they intend to invest their marketing and advertising dollars in the coming year.”
This survey will show how small businesses are approaching advertising this year and help others evaluate their own marketing activities. It will also tell local media companies what works and what doesn’t. And, everyone who completes the survey will be entered to win a $500 VISA gift card.
